GROUP FITNESS

Group classes can be an important way to stay consistent with your exercise program.

All Access Fitness is proud to offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes, such as:

         Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, and Cardio Interval with Step & Muscle Conditioning.

These classes are taught by experienced instructors from the local area who really know how to get your heart rate going, challenge you and teach you some new moves.

*Please Note that Classes must have 4 People in order to be held*
