Fee Schedule
Choose Between a few different workout times to fit your schedule
Workouts are a combination of stretching, cardio, core as well as strength and conditioning using free weights, stability balls, med balls etc.

Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:15pm
Friday Mornings 5:45am-6:30am
Friday Mornings 9:00-9:45am

Each week the workout is the same regardless of day or time so you won't miss anything if you go to a different class during the week.
